Professional Background

Steve Holt is a long time employee of The Boeing Company. He has held positions in fleet and factory support, development of analysis methods and tools, education and training of process improvement (Team Problem Solving, Lean, Theory of Constraints), as well as studying and advocating the use of Complex Systems approaches  (Cynefin Framework, Systems Thinking).  He is currently an Associate Technical Fellow after having held management and non-management positions. IN his career he has been involved in both strategic as well as tactical improvement efforts. He recently completed two 3 year terms as Board Member of the Theory of Constraints International Certification Organization and has presented a multiple TOCICO and other conferences.
