Professional Background

Recently retired from Boeing, Bill Gray served as manager in the Boeing Future Combat Systems Program and the Boeing Research and Technology Electromagnetics Program. He also served as manager of the Boeing Corporate Continuing Education Program. Gray is a Life Member of the Institute for Electrical and Electronics Engineers, is a member of the American Society of Engineering Education, Phi Beta Kappa, Sociedad de Ingenieros, and serves on the editorial board of the International Journal of Engineering Management and Economics. He is a retired Major from the Army Reserve, having served two years active duty in artillery and 20 years in reserves.
