Dr. Alice Squires serves on ASEE Diversity Committee – Turning Points Panel

ETM Faculty member Dr. Alice Squires, working with students, developed and planned the Turning Points panel for the American Society for Engineering Education (ASEE) Diversity Committee.  She also moderated the panel at the last ASEE annual conference held in Seattle, WA.

The purpose of this panel is to have an open discussion of a diversity-related challenge that each panel member has faced that became a turning point in his or her life.  Panel members discussed races, disabilities, social, gender and other issues influence on turning points in their career.
