Call WSU Online toll-free at 800-608-3839 and a technical support or student services staff person will attempt to solve your problem or direct your help request to the appropriate person. Staff are NOT able to answer questions about course content or procedures (e.g., assignments, grades).

Call toll-free (866) 588-3191. Technical support staff are available whenever the WSU Online office is closed.

eTutoring Online Services
WSU has an online writing tutorial program available to its students through eTutoring.org. eTutoring also offers tutoring help in math, statistics, accounting, and biology.

Services available include access to over 3.5 million books, journals, documents, microforms, newspapers, indexes, and full-text database; reference assistance; borrowing WSU-owned books and other circulating materials; and photocopies of non-circulating materials.
