Application Fee Coupon Code – Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

The $90 USD application fee coupon code (“coupon code”) is only available to individuals who meet all of the following requirements:

  1. Attend a designated info session hosted by Washington State University’s Engineering and Technology Management (“ETM”) program.
    • Attendance will be verified through event registration and participation records.
  2. Have an active EngineeringCAS account.
    • Coupon codes will not be issued to individuals without an EngineeringCAS account.
  3. Have an in-progress application in EngineeringCAS for one of the following ETM programs under Washington State University (the application must be started but not yet submitted):
    • Master of Engineering and Technology Management, Online
    • Graduate Certificate in Constraints Management, Online
    • Graduate Certificate in Industrial Leadership, Online
    • Graduate Certificate in Project Management, Online
    • Graduate Certificate in Six Sigma Quality Management, Online
    • Graduate Certificate in Supply Chain Management, Online
    • Graduate Certificate in Systems Engineering Management, Online

Important: Coupon codes cannot be issued or redeemed without both an active EngineeringCAS account and an in-progress application. Coupon codes cannot be redeemed after an application has been submitted.

How to Request the Coupon Code

Coupon codes are not applied automatically.

Eligible attendees must submit the Application Fee Coupon Code Request Form provided after the event.

Once verified, coupon codes will be sent to the email address used for registration within 3 business days.

How to Apply the Coupon Code

Applicants must follow EngineeringCAS’s official coupon redemption process:

Go to the Submit Application tab.

Select Submit (or Submit All if applying to multiple programs).

On the payment page, enter the coupon code under Apply Coupon.

Click the Apply Coupon button to activate the discount.

Complete any remaining payment steps.

Restrictions

Coupon codes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value.

Coupon codes cannot be sold, traded, shared, or combined with other promotions.

Each coupon code can only be used once.

Coupon codes must be used before the published program deadline.

Deadlines

Application deadlines can be found at etm.wsu.edu/admission/.

All coupon codes expire at the close of the application cycle for which they were issued.

If an applicant misses a deadline while waiting for a coupon code, EngineeringCAS will not assist; deadline extensions must be requested from the program directly.

Program Discretion

The program may modify or discontinue the coupon code offer at any time.

Receipt of a coupon code has no impact on admissions decisions.
