In this course, you will:
- Explore the essential aspects of project management, such as the project life cycle, the roles and responsibilities of the project manager and the project team, and the tools and techniques for initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing projects.
- Compare and contrast the traditional/waterfall and agile approaches to project management and learn how to apply them in different contexts.
- Enhance your leadership skills and learn how to work effectively and efficiently in a project team.
- Gain hands-on experience in applying project management skills and techniques to real-world scenarios using MS Project software.
