Canvas

Log into canvas with your WSU NID and password.

If you run into a problem with Canvas, please contact Tech Support at 509-335-4320 (direct) or 800-222-4978 (toll-free, select 2 then 1), or send an email to wsuonline.support@wsu.edu for a response within 24 hours. Other resources are available on the Global Campus Virtual Course Space.

Crimson Service Desk

Crimson Service Desk offers technical assistance for students, faculty, and staff via online, phone, email, and walk-in. Need assistance with your wireless or your Network ID password? Visit their website or contact them at 509-335-HELP (4357) or CrimsonServiceDesk@wsu.edu.

Library Support

Services available include access to over 3.5 million books, journals, documents, microforms, newspapers, indexes, and full-text database; reference assistance; borrowing WSU-owned books and other circulating materials; and photocopies of non-circulating materials.
