Advance your career with a master of Engineering and Technology Management.

The ETM program is 100% online, with live, interactive lectures. The lectures are also recorded and available online for future viewing. All classes are scheduled in the early evening to accommodate your work schedule.

The ETM program curriculum aligns with Boeing’s strategic areas and have been approved by the Learning Together Program.

Master’s Degree in Engineering and Technology Management

Requires ten courses (30 semester hours) and a final non-thesis case-study or capstone project. The program is interdisciplinary, with course offerings in engineering management and technology-related business courses. Up to four graduate engineering electives from your technical discipline may also be applied toward completion of the degree. The courses cover 9 of Boeing’s strategics fields of study including business, engineering, safety, management, manufacturing, mathematics, project management, quality, and supply chain. Graduate Certificates

Requires four courses (12 semester hours). The certificate option allows you to complete shorter professional blocks of coursework relevant to your specific needs.

The highlighted certificates address four of Boeing’s critical skill areas.

Admission Requirements

Please note that admission to the ETM program does NOT require GRE test results.

Master’s Degree

  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering or an equivalent technical field or in business from an accredited institution with appropriate work experience
  • 3.0 GPA
