The ETM program is 100% online, with live, interactive classes. Class sessions are recorded and available online for future viewing. All classes are scheduled in the early evening to accommodate your work schedule.
The ETM program curriculum aligns with Boeing’s strategic areas and have been approved by the Learning Together Program.

Master’s Degree in Engineering and Technology Management
Requires nine courses (27 credits) and a final non-thesis capstone experience (3 credits). The program is interdisciplinary, with course offerings in engineering management and technology-related business courses. Up to three graduate electives from your technical discipline may also be applied toward completion of the degree. The METM curriculum covers nine of Boeing’s strategic fields of study including business, engineering, safety, management, manufacturing, mathematics, project management, quality, and supply chain.
Graduate Certificates
Requires three to four courses. The certificate option allows you to complete shorter professional blocks of coursework relevant to your specific needs.
ETM Concentrations
The Systems Engineering, Industrial Leadership, Supply Chain, and Project Management certificates address four of Boeing’s critical skill areas.
