Understanding stakeholders’ level of trust and engagement in your projects is essential for ensuring successful results.

The Engagement Intensity Analyzer (EIA) is a tool that helps you measure and analyze stakeholder trust and engagement and provides a way to improve and maintain that trust and engagement.

Simply enter your stakeholders’ names, answer a few questions, and the tool helps you analyze where your stakeholder might be at that moment in time. Based on how you answered the questions, the EIA dashboard plots stakeholders based on two factors: degree of trust and intensity of engagement. Recommended communication times are provided based on the stakeholder trust level.
