Aureo Villagra is a Global Partner at Goldratt Consulting and CEO of the South America operation, leading management consulting projects in Brazil, the USA and Europe. Goldratt Consulting is the company founded by Dr. Eli Goldratt, creator of TOC (Theory of Constraints) and writer of the book “The Goal”, an international bestseller in business management, based in Israel and with a worldwide presence.

Having participated in numerous Boards of companies of various sizes, in Brazil and the United States, he has strong political experience in corporate or family environments in the search for consensus on strategic and often difficult topics.
